(1) Medium Density Fiberboard (MDF) is based on wood fiber or other plant fibers as raw materials, through the

preparation section, fiber preparation section, regulating the glue section, paving hot pressing section, post-treatment

section, sanding section processed into a density of 0.55-0.88g/cm3 of the board.

(2) The raw material is made of wood, branch material, and mango, orange, lemon, palm branches, etc.

3) The products are widely used in the industries of furniture manufacturing, construction, interior decoration, interior

decoration of vehicles and ships, and shells of household appliances.

4) The length of furniture scraps, if used, must be more than 400mm; if bamboo, reed, or other furniture scraps are used,

the equipment configuration of the material preparation section should be considered separately.
