The density board production line is divided into six processes. Raw material cutting: fed into a conveyor chain, enters a cutting machine to cut into pieces, passes through a scraper and screening machine, enters a conveyor belt, and is sent to the material bin. The entire process is manually set and processed automatically. In winter, the lubricating oil for the density board production line needs to be replaced with oil with lower viscosity to facilitate smooth oil flow and provide good lubrication. When using equipment in winter, the density board production line should be run at low speed for a few minutes to fully lubricate various parts before starting to use. Before starting work every day, check and preheat the machine. The start-up of the density board production line should be carried out after the mechanical equipment has thawed to avoid unnecessary losses caused by mechanical equipment freezing.
